📄 1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website, enrolling in any course, or availing our digital marketing and IT services, you ("Student" or "Client") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
These terms apply to all visitors, students, and clients of Kyanite Technologies, located at 6(3), Bye Pass Road, Vasantha Nagar, 2nd Street, Palangantham, Madurai – 625003.
🎓 2. Our Services
Kyanite Technologies provides the following services:
- IT training programs including Full Stack Development, Data Science, Digital Marketing, UI/UX Design, Python, Java, and more
- Digital marketing services: SEO, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, Website Development
- Personal branding video shoots and content creation
- CSR project planning and execution services
- Campus training workshops and corporate programs
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice.
💳 3. Enrollment & Fee Payment
The following terms apply to course enrollment and fee payment:
- Course fees must be paid as per the agreed schedule at the time of enrollment
- Fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without prior notice for new enrollments
- A fee receipt will be issued for all payments made to Kyanite Technologies
- Installment payment plans are available upon request and must be agreed upon in writing before enrollment
- Non-payment of fees may result in suspension from classes until dues are cleared
- Course materials provided are for the exclusive use of the enrolled student

🤝 4. Student Code of Conduct
Students enrolled in Kyanite Technologies programs are expected to:
- Attend classes regularly and punctually as per the scheduled batch timing
- Treat all faculty, staff, and fellow students with respect and professionalism
- Refrain from disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behavior in class or online
- Complete assignments, projects, and assessments honestly without plagiarism
- Not share course materials, recordings, or resources with non-enrolled individuals
- Maintain confidentiality of any proprietary training materials provided
- Not record sessions without explicit written permission from Kyanite Technologies
Violation of the code of conduct may result in immediate termination of enrollment without any refund.

All content provided by Kyanite Technologies — including but not limited to course materials, videos, presentations, code samples, worksheets, and training content — is the exclusive intellectual property of Kyanite Technologies.
- Students may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or publicly share any course material
- Recording of classes (audio or video) is strictly prohibited without written consent
- Screenshots and screen captures of live sessions may not be shared publicly
- Our website content, logos, and branding may not be used without prior written permission
💼 6. Placement Assistance
Kyanite Technologies provides placement assistance as a supplementary service:
- Placement assistance includes resume preparation, mock interviews, and job referrals
- We do not guarantee employment or a specific salary package upon course completion
- Placement outcomes depend on individual performance, market conditions, and employer requirements
- Students must maintain a satisfactory performance record to be eligible for placement assistance
- We connect students with our hiring partners network but cannot control hiring decisions
ℹ️ Note: Our 95% placement rate reflects students who received job offers, not a contractual guarantee. Individual results may vary based on skill level, effort, and market demand.
⚖️ 7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- Kyanite Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services
- We are not responsible for technical disruptions, power outages, or internet connectivity issues affecting online sessions
- Our liability is limited to the course fee paid by the student in the preceding 3 months
- We make no warranties about employment outcomes, salary expectations, or career results
🌐 8. Digital Marketing Services
For clients availing digital marketing and IT services:
- Service deliverables and timelines will be defined in the individual service agreement or proposal
- Clients must provide accurate information, access credentials, and content required for service delivery
- Results from SEO, Google Ads, or Social Media campaigns depend on multiple external factors and cannot be guaranteed
- Monthly reports will be provided as agreed; client feedback must be provided within 7 business days
- Kyanite Technologies retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing
🚫 9. Termination
Kyanite Technologies reserves the right to terminate any enrollment or service agreement in the following circumstances:
- Non-payment of course fees or service charges
- Violation of the student code of conduct
- Sharing or misuse of proprietary course materials
- Fraudulent or dishonest behavior during assessments or placement processes
- Abusive or threatening behavior towards staff or fellow students
In case of termination due to misconduct, no refund shall be issued.
🏛️ 10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Madurai, Tamil Nadu.
