Suriya Prasanna's story is one that many dream of but few dare to live. Armed with a Bachelor's in Engineering and a Master's in Business Administration, he could have walked straight into a comfortable corporate job. Instead, he chose the harder, braver path — entrepreneurship.
In 2021, with a vision to create meaningful impact in his hometown of Madurai, he launched Digital Kyanite from a tiny 200 sqft office. The walls were small, but the dreams were enormous. Working long hours, learning on the go, and refusing to quit even when results were slow — Suriya embodied the spirit of resilience.
His turning point came when he realised that thousands of engineering graduates in Madurai were unemployed not due to lack of intelligence, but lack of the right skills. He pivoted — from a pure digital agency to a training powerhouse — and the rest became history.
