NO REFUND POLICY
Kyanite Technologies operates a strict no-refund policy. All course fees and service charges paid are completely non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to withdrawal, non-attendance, or dissatisfaction.

This Return and Refund Policy governs all financial transactions made with Kyanite Technologies for IT training courses, digital marketing services, website development, personal branding, and CSR project execution services.
By making a payment to Kyanite Technologies, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this no-refund policy. We strongly recommend attending a free demo class before making any payment commitment.

Kyanite Technologies does not offer refunds, partial refunds, or credits for any payments made. This policy applies to:
- All IT training course fees, whether paid in full or as installments
- Registration and enrollment fees
- Course material and study resource fees
- Digital marketing service retainers and project fees
- Website development charges
- Personal branding video shoot fees
- CSR project execution charges
- Any advance payments, deposits, or booking amounts
β οΈ This policy is final and non-negotiable. No exceptions will be made regardless of reason, including personal emergencies, relocation, job offers received, or dissatisfaction with the course content.

The following scenarios clarify our no-refund policy for IT training courses:

- Student decides to withdraw after enrollment
- Student stops attending classes
- Student gets a job and no longer needs the course
- Student relocates or has personal commitments
- Student is unsatisfied with course content
- Student misses too many classes
- Medical or personal emergencies
- Change of mind after payment

- Temporary pause for genuine emergencies (case by case)
- Free demo class BEFORE any payment
- Transparent curriculum details upfront
- One-on-one counseling before enrollment
- Flexible installment payment plans
- Course extension if schedule is disrupted by us
- Access to recordings for missed classes
π 4. Digital Service Fees
For digital marketing, website development, CSR, and other business services:
- All advance payments and project deposits are non-refundable
- Monthly retainer fees are non-refundable once a service month has commenced
- Partial completion of deliverables does not entitle any refund for completed portions
- If a client chooses to terminate a service contract mid-way, fees already paid will not be refunded
- Google Ads and social media advertising spends are non-refundable (these are passed directly to platforms)
βΉοΈ For Business Clients: We recommend discussing all deliverables, timelines, and expectations thoroughly before signing any service agreement. Our team is happy to clarify any doubts before you commit.
π 5. Limited Exceptions (Highly Rare)
In extremely rare and exceptional cases, Kyanite Technologies may consider the following at our sole discretion:
- Course cancellation by Kyanite Technologies: If we permanently cancel a course before it begins (not applicable to batch changes or schedule modifications), a proportionate credit note may be issued for future courses β not a cash refund.
- Technical billing errors: If a duplicate payment or incorrect amount has been charged due to a technical error, the excess amount will be refunded or adjusted.
β οΈ These exceptions are decided entirely at Kyanite Technologies' discretion. They do not constitute a general refund policy and should not be anticipated. There is no cash refund under any exception β only course credit notes.
π 6. Course Transfer & Rescheduling
While refunds are not available, we do offer the following accommodations:
- Batch Transfer: You may request to transfer to a different batch timing (subject to availability) within 30 days of enrollment at no extra charge
- Course Pause: In genuine medical emergencies (with documentation), we may pause your course and allow you to resume within 3 months
- Course Upgrade: Fees paid may be adjusted towards a higher-value course at the discretion of the management
All requests for batch transfer or course rescheduling must be submitted in writing to info@kyanitetechnologies.in or via WhatsApp.

We strongly encourage all prospective students to attend a free demo class before making any payment. This helps you:
- Experience our teaching methodology firsthand
- Interact with the trainer and ask all your questions
- Evaluate whether the course suits your learning style and goals
- Understand the course curriculum, batch schedule, and expectations
- Make an informed enrollment decision with full confidence
βοΈ 8. Dispute Resolution
If you believe there has been an error in billing or have a genuine grievance, please follow this process:
- Step 1: Contact us within 7 days of the payment date via email or WhatsApp with your payment receipt and a clear description of the issue
- Step 2: Our management team will review your case within 5 business days
- Step 3: We will communicate our decision in writing
Our decision regarding any refund dispute shall be final. For billing errors, we are committed to resolving them promptly and fairly.
Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Madurai, Tamil Nadu, India.
