If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any such changes.

Services Description
Kyanite Technologies provides the following services:
- IT Training Programs: Instructor-led courses in Full Stack Development, MERN Stack, MEAN Stack, Data Science, UI/UX Design, Digital Marketing, Python, Java, and more
- Digital Marketing Services: SEO, Google Ads management, Social Media Marketing, and content strategy
- Website Development: Custom website design and development services
- Personal Branding Video Shoot: Professional video production and personal branding services
- CSR Project Execution: End-to-end corporate social responsibility project management
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice.
Section 03
Enrollment & Payment Terms
The following terms apply to all course enrollments and service engagements:
- Course fees must be paid in full or as per the agreed payment schedule prior to or at the commencement of the course
- Fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of all applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
- We reserve the right to change course fees at any time; however, any changes will not affect confirmed enrollments
- Enrollment is confirmed only upon receipt of the agreed fee or signed agreement for service engagements
- We reserve the right to postpone, reschedule, or cancel a batch if minimum enrollment requirements are not met, in which case full fee refunds will be provided
- Students who miss classes are responsible for catching up with the material; no fee adjustments will be made for absences

Course Conduct & Attendance
To maintain a productive learning environment, all enrolled students must agree to the following:
- Maintain respectful and professional conduct towards trainers, staff, and fellow students at all times
- Attend a minimum of 75% of all scheduled sessions to be eligible for the course completion certificate
- Complete assignments, projects, and assessments within the specified deadlines
- Not disrupt classes, share confidential course materials, or engage in any behaviour that negatively affects other students' learning
- Not record training sessions without explicit written permission from Kyanite Technologies
- Refrain from using course time for personal, unrelated activities
Kyanite Technologies reserves the right to remove any student from a course without refund if they violate these conduct standards or engage in behaviour that is disruptive, harmful, or illegal.
Section 05
Intellectual Property
All content on the Kyanite Technologies website and in our training materials is protected by intellectual property law:
- All course content, materials, syllabi, projects, videos, and resources are the exclusive intellectual property of Kyanite Technologies
- Students may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or share course materials with any third party without written permission
- The Kyanite Technologies name, logo, and brand identity may not be used without explicit written approval
- Projects completed during courses belong to the student but may be featured in Kyanite Technologies' portfolio with the student's consent
Unauthorised reproduction or distribution of our course materials may result in immediate removal from the course, legal action, and forfeiture of any certificates issued.

User Obligations
When using our website and services, you agree not to:
- Provide false or misleading information during registration or enrollment
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our website or systems
- Use our website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations

Limitation of Liability

- Employment or placement outcomes following completion of any course
- Specific salary packages or job roles that students may secure
- The accuracy or completeness of third-party information presented in courses
- Uninterrupted or error-free access to our website or online resources
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kyanite Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or inability to use our services.
Section 08
Certificates & Credentials
The following terms apply to all certificates issued by Kyanite Technologies:
- Course completion certificates are issued only to students who meet the minimum attendance requirement (75%) and successfully complete all required assessments and projects
- Certificates are issued within 14 working days of course completion
- Kyanite Technologies certificates are proprietary credentials issued by our institution and do not represent government-recognised qualifications unless specifically stated
- Certificates may not be altered, forged, or misrepresented in any manner
- We reserve the right to revoke certificates if they were issued based on fraudulent or dishonest conduct
Section 09
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Madurai, Tamil Nadu, India.
In the event of any dispute, we encourage both parties to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, the matter may be referred to arbitration as per the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
