As such, no physical shipping or courier delivery is applicable for any of our services or products.
2. Delivery of Digital Products & Services
a) Online Course Access
Upon successful enrollment and payment confirmation:
Access to pre-recorded training videos, downloadable resources, and online platforms will be granted within 24 to 48 business hours.
For live classes, the schedule and joining links will be shared via email or WhatsApp, typically within 1 working day.
Login credentials and instructions are sent to the registered email or mobile number provided during enrollment.
If you do not receive access within the expected time frame, please contact our support team.
b) Offline Course Enrollment
For classroom-based training at our Madurai center:
Course schedules, venue details, and materials will be shared at the time of registration or orientation.
Students are expected to attend classes on the dates assigned to their batch.
3. Software Development Project Delivery
Clients who hire us for software or app development will receive deliverables according to the agreed project timeline mentioned in the proposal or service agreement.
Source code, credentials, or builds are delivered digitally via email, GitHub, Google Drive, or other secure file-sharing tools.
Project updates and final files are delivered upon milestone approvals and full or scheduled payments.
No physical hardware, printed documents, or DVDs are shipped.
4. Delivery Failures or Delays
Although we aim to ensure timely access and delivery of digital materials, occasional delays may occur due to:
Technical issues (server downtime, email delivery failure, internet outages)
Inaccurate or incomplete user information at the time of registration
