By accessing our website, enrolling in our courses, or entering into a business agreement for software development, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this policy.


1. General Return and Refund Policy

Kyanite Technologies follows a strict No Refund Policy for all services and programs offered.

Once a payment is made for any course or service, it is considered final and non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Change in personal circumstances

  • Change in learning preferences

  • Dissatisfaction with the teaching pace or method

  • Technical issues not caused by our platforms

  • Delays in project timelines due to client-side dependencies

We advise all clients and students to review course details, attend free demos if applicable, and clarify all doubts before proceeding with any registration or purchase.


2. Refund Policy for Training Courses

Kyanite Technologies offers a wide range of career-oriented training courses in Full Stack Development, UI/UX, Digital Marketing, and more — available via Offline (in-person at our Madurai office) and Online (Live or Pre-recorded) modes.

Upon enrollment:

  • All training fees are 100% non-refundable.

  • Course access (especially for online materials) is granted immediately after enrollment, which is considered as delivery of service.

  • No partial or full refund will be provided, even if:

    • The student discontinues the course midway

    • The student misses classes or does not use the materials

    • The student later finds the course not matching personal expectations

    • The student fails to arrange for technical requirements for online learning

We highly recommend all prospective students read the course structure and speak with our academic counsellors before joining.


3. Refund Policy for Software Development Services

We provide custom software development, web and app development, and other IT solutions under clearly defined project proposals, agreements, or quotations.

Once a client accepts a proposal and makes a payment:

  • No refunds will be processed for any advance, milestone, or full payment made toward the project.

  • Work done up to the payment date is billable and non-refundable, even if the project is terminated early or paused.

  • Payments made for resource allocation, project planning, or consultation are also non-refundable.

  • Any disputes arising from misunderstanding of scope must be discussed and clarified before project initiation.

Kyanite Technologies invests significant time, team effort, and infrastructure in every project. We request clients to carefully review proposals, confirm requirements, and clarify deliverables before proceeding.


4. Digital Product & Subscription Policy

Access to pre-recorded courses, downloadable materials, eBooks, or digital resources provided as part of online training is considered final upon purchase.

  • No refunds will be issued for digital products, even if:

    • The user does not download, view, or complete the material

    • The user experiences device incompatibility issues

    • The user requests to switch to a different course or format


5. Exceptional Situations (Non-Refundable, but Flexible Alternatives)

While our policy is strictly no-refund, we understand that certain situations may require review. In exceptional cases only, we may offer:

  • Batch rescheduling (subject to availability and management discretion)

  • Extension of access to online course content

  • One-time shift to another batch in case of documented medical or emergency circumstances

Please note: These options are not guaranteed and are handled strictly on a case-by-case basis, depending on documentation and management approval.


6. Responsibility of the Student or Client

It is the responsibility of the student or client to:

  • Read course/service details thoroughly

  • Ensure system/device compatibility for online access

  • Clarify any doubts before payment

  • Follow instructions and communicate clearly for smooth project flow

Failure to do the above will not be considered valid grounds for a refund.


7. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or dispute with your bank or payment provider without first contacting us is considered a violation of our terms. We reserve the right to suspend your access or take appropriate legal action in such cases.

If you believe there has been an unauthorized payment or a serious technical fault, please contact us immediately, and we will investigate promptly.
